Tips to improve your brain health and memory

There are multiple ways how you can supercharge your memory power. In order to get that done you have to follow very simple tips. Small changes in your daily activities will make a huge lot of difference.

Eat good food:

Be active throughout the day by eating fresh fruits on daily basis in the morning which is a rich source of vitamins. Eat fish, meat and dairy products which are rich in vitamin B12 which is used to keep the nerves and red blood cells healthy. Almonds are rich in vitamin E. Almonds are rich sources of anti-oxidants which are used to energize our body.

Drink apple juice which helps our body to produce essential types of neurotransmitters that boost up your memory and help you to retain information. In addition to eating, drinking plenty of water is also essential for our body to stay active.

Exercise:

By involving ourselves in exercise every day, our body cells get activated. Exercise is primarily considered to be going to gym and doing heavy workouts. There are many other things that fall under this category like running, playing some sports, indoor games, swimming. All these help us to improve our memory power.

Meditating for few minutes in the early morning helps you to reduce the stress hormones, control blood pressure and gives you more concentration power and boost up your memory. Go for a walk in a park where there are so many trees, and listen to the voices of birds, the sound of air that is flowing around us. All these activities give calmness and concentration which rejuvenates memory power.

Get a good Sleep:

Sleep plays an important role in both physical and mental health. If you don’t sleep properly you can’t have good concentration on anything that you do. Even taking decisions making skills becomes cumbersome. The brain cells become numb if you don’t sleep properly that results in lack of memory, concentration and you make so many mistakes in doing a simple task.

Multitasking:

These days people are doing so many things at a time like while eating they watch TV or send messages, talking in mobiles and many other things. If we continue like this the pressure on our brain increases and finally it gets exhausted and affects memory, then it is hard to decide what’s important and what isn’t.  We make so many mistakes in simple things and add stress to our life.

New Hobbies:

Try to indulge in something new every day, because while making ourselves involved in this it opens our mind and help improve the grey matter. Create a new hobby like painting, gardening, cooking, singing, listening to music and many others which you feel to learn. This makes our brain to work for some time and you get ideas to do things in a different way. This improves creativity and also thinking power helps in improving memory.
